Duke Valefar
Duke Valefar is the 6th Goettic Demon and is in a way a sort of patron of thieves. He encourages and tempts people to steal from others as well as being responsible for good relationships and honour between thieves. Valefar is considered a “good familiar” to those who work with him and is known to be at the head of 10 legions of demons.
Valefar can be quite tricky to work with and is known to be quite fickle. However if you have him on your side he can be a very loyal and protective ally. You can of course work with him and have him protect you but don’t have him as your only line of defence as he may leave if something else peaks his interest.
Duke Valefar is also referred to as: Valefor, Malaphar, Malefor or Malephar.
Appearance: That of a lion with the head of mule or a lion with the head of a man
Sensory/Visualisation Triggers: The silhouette of a young woman standing standing in front of bright white sun light.
The angry barks, growls and howls of a pack of dogs.
The scent of the grass after it’s just been raining.
A white sky that fades into a yellow colour.
So lets have a look at why we may work with Valefar.
Valefar can be worked with somewhat banefully to stimulate, grow and exasperate disloyal tendencies. This is great for breaking up those pretentious clicky groups who seem to congregate just make others lives a misery but is worth noting that this will not work between people who have a genuine level of respect and loyalty between them.
Another thing Duke Valefar is good at is what’s knows as “Perceptive Wisdom”. This work allows you too see what you must know in order to resolve a particularly difficult long standing situation However for this to work and manifest correctly you must allocate the time required to give your situation serious though post ritual .
The final thing I know you can work with Duke Valefar for is to help you extract a harmful secret from someone. This will manifest in 1 of 2 ways, they’ll either confess or accidently let the secret slip out.
