    1. Hail Lilith!

This beautiful book has finally arrived and I can’t wait to read it. It has many sources on Lilith, it has mentions of her sisters, even pre Arabian ancient goddesses and even other topics from the Ancient Greek religions. I have skimmed passed this as I have only come back from work at 5pm.

There are not many copies left.

    https://theionpublishing.com/shop/ilr_she_of_the_night/

It seems a lot of love, effort and research has been done.

Got a free Hekate book with my preorder. Waited since first week of November 😅

Please always remember, the most important thing in your relationship with Lilith is you and her. You do not need any books to deepen your connection but this is a nice collection. 13571118488?profile=RESIZE_930x

I love Mother Lilithu with all my heart. 🦉❤️🌹🐍

  • Whispers in the Blood

     Lara Lilith Morningstar

In the hush between the heartbeats,
Where shadow sighs and secrets sleep,
She came to me—my mother, flame-eyed,
From the blackened cradle of the deep.

Her voice was velvet thunder, low,
A hymn both fierce and tender:
“You drink from souls, though you don’t know—
    A silent, starved defender.”

“You walk the world with quiet grief,
You feel too much, you bleed unseen,
    Your hunger cloaked in disbelief,
A mirror dulled by what has been.”

But I, the girl who feared the night,
Denied her truth, denied her fire—
I called it pain, not second sight,
I called it ruin, not desire.

She smiled through veils of falling ash,
Her wings like ink against the skies,
“You feed on wounds, you steal no life—
You soothe what dies behind the eyes.”

Still I ran from what she showed,
Each dream she wove, I broke apart.
A thousand times, her truth bestowed—
Yet I stitched chains around my heart.

Until one night the mirror cracked,
And silence screamed with perfect sound.
My soul stood naked, fangs intact,
And shadows danced around me, crowned.

    I saw myself—green eyes alight,
    A vampire born of empathy,
Not cursed to stalk, but meant to guide
The weary hearts that come to me.

Lilith held me, dusk and storm,
And kissed my brow with mother’s grace:
“You are not wrong, you are reborn.
Your truth was waiting in this place.”

So now I walk where spirits tread,
Not seeking blood, but something truer:
The echoes of what’s left unsaid—
The dreams that wake, the wounds that lure her.

And when I sleep, she comes again,
Not to command, but to remind—
That I am hers, beyond all name—
A psychic child of the night’s design.

  • Lilith's Ancient Origins

Many are familiar with Lilith as an entity from Jewish beliefs, but not many are familiar with one of her very first forms in Sumeria and Mesopotamia. These forms of her are said to be the inspiration for the Jewish form, as Adam's first wife and a symbol of feminism and independence.
Her earliest appearances are within the Sumerian texts, Epic of Gilgamesh, where she was seen as a "shrieking" Vampiric Demoness. This pulls in the concept of Vampirism and her being the mother of Vampires. It is her earliest form. I would also argue that this ties her to Banshees as well, seeing as they would shriek whenever someone was about to die (as a warning and as their way of mourning the life) and were often blamed for the death of the person (stealing ones life force = Vampire?).
Lilitu is the female form for Lilu, which means demon in Sumerian. The Lilu and Lilitu were said to be a sanction of demons that manifested from the unfulfilled souls of adolescents who died before they were able to have children or get married. Which makes sense why Lilith would specifically "haunt" children and pregnant women - unfinished business, deeper desire, etc.
"Lilu" has also been said to have more general meanings like desolation and wild creatures.
Lilith was known by the name of Lilitu in Mesopotamian beliefs. This is where the concept of her being a sexual demon that haunted people came from. She preyed on both men and women but was said to have a propensity for babies and pregnant women and was known for her associations to the Night, Evil Spirits, Wind and Storms. She was seen as a winged serpent or a bird, and embodied the concepts of chaos and destruction. She was associated with deserts and uninhabitable places.
A few centuries later, the Canaanites adopted her, referring to her as the "Queen of the Night" or "The Divine Lady". She was seen to be slender, beautiful, naked, with wings and a cap adorned with horns (kind of sounds like Maleficent).
I sit here and wonder if all the negativity behind her being a demon and evil, as so many who do not follow her believe, comes from modern interpretations of her and our own concepts of good and bad. It is known that certain faiths have demonized a number of Gods and Goddesses - this begs the question whether or not she haunted babies, children and pregnant women, or if she protected them and cared about them because they were something she did not have, and people decided to demonize her love and care for children and women as yet another way to control the masses.
I also find this aspect interesting because although she did not have any human children of her own, she later became the Mother of all Demons and "demonic" creatures. Kind of like adopting.
Connections that I have made to her on my own through research and pondering - Banshees, situations involving adoption, the Maleficent movies (I want to write a post that dives deeper into Lilith's connections/similarities to Maleficent so that will be coming!)
Im curious what your guys' thoughts are on her more ancient forms. Do they make you think of anything? Does it spark any questions or thoughts? Did you know she had lore beyond the Jewish beliefs?
  • Lilith's voice

    by Lara Lilith Morningstar

I sat beneath the painted saints,
Their eyes like judgment, cold and faint.
The air was thick with candle breath,
Each sermon spoke of sin and death.

But in that hush between the hymns,
Beyond the lies and shadowed whims,
    A voice rose up—not man's, but mine—
    A whisper dark, a blood-born sign.

"Daughter," she said, "this world deceives,
It dresses daggers up in leaves.
They’ll teach you fear, then call it grace,
And chain the fire in your face."

"But you are mine—born not to yield,
    A blade, a star, a hidden shield.
Let them preach peace with poisoned breath—
You walk with me through life and death."

Her voice, a storm beneath my skin,
Awoke the strength I hold within.
And in that church, I sat alone,
But I was never on my own.

  • Hail Naamah.

    Hail Naamah Pleasant one.

She is the queen of the black earth. She is Lilith’s sister.

DO NOT make the mistake of thinking she is under Lilith’s control and you can get away with things. Even sexual things or try to command her to do things without respect. She is a Queen herself and even seen as a lover of Lilith in certain traditions.
She made the watchers fall. I remember reading she seduced king Solomon without even trying to but was looking for her son Asmodeus. Some view her as a sister to Belial the unconquerable king, so she would be an unconquerable queen. She stands on her own.

She is a spirit very dear to me. I have literally felt nectar and sweetness in my mouth while interacting with her. It was like honey but refined. Our relationship has not always been smooth but I still adore her.

According to an occultist named Jareth Temptest who sells attunements. In his manual Naamah “Helps with divination, Helps overcome limitations in the mind and helps overcome sexual inhibition”. You do not need to buy any attunement to connect with her. It is just a brief overview

According to V.K. Jehanumn “She is the most motherly among the sisters and she helps with riches”. The tarot card she is linked with is the ten of pentacles. There is alot more information from him. One of my favourites to learn from.

According to Asenath Mason to paraphrase “She takes what she wants and when she wants”. In her book rituals of pleasure there is a ritual of sexual domination which includes Naamah being the dominant.

I do not recommend males to directly interact with her in terms of intimacy. If you really do get to her, she will hurt you. You might literally start feeling pain and discomfort.

According to Kurtis Joseph she is Sister of King Belial. Another spirit that I worked with before meeting her.

I was not aware that today was her day (15th March). I have compiled sources from Baal Kadmon, and Asenath Mason here.

What is interesting I was once adviced to have a connection with Naamah. A lifetime kind of thing, and another reader who had no idea told me that Lilith/King Paimon said to seek out a Queen of pentacles which ended up to be Naamah. The reader who gave that advice had no idea as well.

Below are extracts of Naamah from Baal Kadmon and Asenath Mason.

Naamah: The Demoness and Her Role in the Fall of the Angels

    I. Naamah in Scripture and Early Jewish Tradition

Naamah (Hebrew: נַעֲמָה, meaning “pleasant” or “lovely”) first appears in Genesis 4:22:

“Zillah also had a son, Tubal-Cain, who forged all kinds of tools out of bronze and iron. Tubal-Cain’s sister was Naamah.”

The Bible provides no further details about her. However, in later Jewish exegesis, her identity evolves in dramatically different directions.

In Bereshit Rabbah, some rabbis interpret Naamah as the wife of Noah, named for her pleasant and righteous deeds. Other traditions assign her a darker legacy. In certain Kabbalistic and midrashic texts, including Kabbalah Denudata and Legends of the Jews, Naamah is identified as the wife of Shamdon and mother of Ashmadai (Asmodeus), king of demons. This casts her as the “mother of demons”.

II. Naamah as Descendant of Cain

In certain Jewish mystical traditions, Naamah’s ancestry is traced to Cain, not as the son of Adam and Eve, but as the offspring of Samael and Eve. According to Pirkei de-Rabbi Eliezer, Samael, riding upon the serpent, impregnated Eve with Cain. Adam then fathered Abel. This esoteric interpretation portrays Cain’s lineage as spiritually corrupt and demonic, with Naamah emerging as a powerful and dangerous demoness.

Rabbinic literature often portrays her as only second to Lilith in power and malevolence.

III. Naamah’s Role in the Fall of the Angels

The Book of Genesis 6:1–4 describes the descent of the “sons of God” (interpreted as angels or Watchers) who lusted after the daughters of men. While the standard reading casts the angels as transgressors, later Jewish legend suggests a reversal.

In The Book of Jubilees, the Watchers are originally depicted as righteous beings who came to guide humanity but were seduced and corrupted by earthly women.

In Legends of the Jews, Naamah is directly implicated:

“Naamah, the lovely sister of Tubal-Cain, led the angels astray with her beauty. From her union with Shamdon sprang the devil Asmodeus. She and the women of Cain’s lineage, who were all descendants of Samael, walked abroad naked and gave themselves up to every conceivable manner of lewd practices.”

These women are described as the cause of the angels’ fall, drawing the Watchers into physical bodies and causing them to lose their transcendental form. The hybrid offspring of these unions were the Nephilim, giants known for their strength and wickedness.

    Extracts from Asenath Mason’s works

Naamah is the ruler of the eastern point. She is considered the queen of sorcery and witchcraft. She knows the hidden powers of plants, herbs and everything that comes from the earth, speaks the language of animals and wild beasts, and dominates the power of the sun to be the primary energy of the dark mother. Naamah provides the foundations of Draconian energy. Her song can awaken the dragon that sleeps inside us and release or condense a great amount of power and energy in the athanor of a sinister alchemist. Another of her powers is the ability to open the inner eye and grant the second vision, allowing us to gaze into the past, present and future, as well as see what happens in the distance. She is the waxing moon.

The fourth secret temple is inhabited by Naamah, whose powers teach us the use of sacred plants and magickal potions prepared from blood and herbs.

The adept who wishes to explore the path must be aware that this may take several lifetimes because methods of exploration are long and complex, and the most important thing is to focus the will and embrace all the mysteries revealed in the temples.

    Invocation

“I am Naamah, Princess of Screeching. Sister and daughter of Lilith, she who bestows worldly honors, pleasures and riches, the Lady of the Gate. I am the Princess of Screeching, she who flies through the night and screeches in the desert. I am the Serpent whose deadly bite brings intoxication and freedom. I am the Owl that reveals the wisdom of the Other Side. I am Beautiful, for I tempt and seduce those who seek the gnosis of the Nightside. I am Pleasant, for I teach the ways of ecstasy and fulfillment. I am Groaning, for I come with hosts of wraiths and specters that howl in the dark. I am Sleeping, for I rule the realm of dreams and nightmares. I am the Guardian of the Gate, I dwell at the threshold of dreaming and waking, and I lead the soul into the Womb of the Moon. I am the Unholy Temptress, Mistress of the Night, Blood and Witchcraft. I am the Midnight Huntress and I seize my prey with my sharp claws. My gnosis is the wisdom of the earth, I teach the pleasures of the flesh, and I fill the world with abominations and terrors of the night. I am the Lunar Goddess, the Maiden and the Vampire. I bewitch the soul and lead it to eternity, through the womb and the grave, silver waters and oceans of blood, to destroy the veil between Truth and Illusion. I am the Mistress of Life and Death. I separate the soul from the flesh, and I lift it on the wings of midnight ecstasy. I am the Lover and the Reaper. I am Naamah”

In the Draconian Tradition, she is the first aspect of the Lunar Goddess encountered by the Initiate on the path of the Nightside - the Lady of the Gate. She is the first guardian and initiator of the first rite of passage - powerful and often dreadful in her manifestations. As the ruling force of the first realm on the Tree of Qliphoth, she holds dominion over all things material. She is called “Pleasant,” or “Sweet,” and her outward form is that of a beautiful voluptuous woman, young and richly dressed, smiling and alluring. In this manifestation she bestows riches and reveals earthly treasures, arousing lust and ambition in both positive and negative sense: desire and aspiration that motivate and drive us toward evolution, but also jealousy and corruption that can lead us away from our spiritual path. In this form she also appears in luxury settings - castles, richly decorated temples and beautifully ornamented rooms, surrounded by mirrors and shards of glass, sharp and unpolished, black and crystal-white, which also serve as magical tools by which she can be summoned. Her world is the realm of beauty and wealth, luxury and abundance.

To those who seek her in forests and desolate places, under the cloak of the night, she appears as a fiery red-haired woman, representing the untamed force of nature. This manifestation reflects her fierce, predatory nature, also connected with sexuality and her lunar feminine mysteries, showing that her gnosis is not about gentle seduction, but rather taking what she wants and when she wants it.

Naamah, the Qlippothic Daemoness of pleasure. In a dark and twisted way, this title suits her and her energies quite well. Naamah resides within the Qlippothic gates of Lilith, her sister. Her energies are very primal and atavistic in nature, very untamed and raw. Naamah to our human nature represents the repressed, enraged and explosive sexual energies and desires inside of us. To our higher selves, she embodies the concepts of understanding, balance and mastery of one’s own Deific power. She unlocks within the magician the ability to focus and direct our intent with passion towards lingering desires. However, do not be fooled. If one is to approach Naamah, you MUST be ready to face your inner demons, lest you are to be devoured and destroyed by them.

While working with her your senses are bound to be amplified. You will become sensitive to those energies inside you and also around you, awakening a part of you that may have lain dormant for a very long time, easily stimulated at just a mere thought. Naamah’s knowledge spans within various realms of the abyss, anything from sexual alchemy, sex magick, astral vampirism, sigil magick, necromancy, kundalini awakening, and much more. One should know that once a petition to Naamah has been made, there is no going back. All that you thought you were will soon be challenged, tested and destroyed. But know that once you have passed her test and have been initiated within her current, you will forever be changed, all for the best.

The tests of Naamah are never easy, they will push you to the very edge of a spiritual cliff with one foot over the edge ready to plunge into the deep and unknown. My advice to anyone who reaches this point, dive right in, don’t hesitate or resist. Resisting her energies is to ascertain your own destruction, for we cannot fight against our own passions and desires and expect to win every time. Often times the magician’s own sanity will be her test. It’s very well possible to break and crumble to throes and heat of one’s passions and sexuality.

Naamah as the angel of prostitution is a succubus as well, and the mother of the Plagues of Mankind. Her sigil represents her gate that serves as the point of entrance to Sitra Ahra, the Dark Tree, and is also the portal to the mysteries of her sexual gnosis. It is the vulva of the Dark Feminine, which in rites of Draconian magic is seen as a cave or hole within the earth, rock, tree, lake, etc. This point of entrance exists at the crossroads of the worlds, where the mundane and the physical meet and intertwine on the border of dreaming and waking. In the sigil, this concept is represented by three crescent moons, also typifying the lunar nature of the path behind the gate of Naamah.

    Invocation - Rituals of pleasure

“Naamah, Pleasant One, Beautiful One, Strong One, come to us and guide us through your gnosis freedom and ecstasy! She who dwells at the threshold of dreaming and waking, and leads the soul into the womb of the moon, enter this body which we offer you as your temple, and transform us through your rites of pain and pleasure! We give ourselves to you with our bodies, our minds, and our souls! Teach us the mysteries of the Lover and the Reaper!”13555735856?profile=RESIZE_930x

  • A Tribute to Mother Lilith

    Lara Lilith Morningstar

Gentle hands that shaped my days,
Eyes that see through all disguise,
Lilith, your love in countless ways
Has been my strength, my light, my prize.

In moments dark, your wisdom shone,
In times of joy, your laugh rang clear.
The seeds of hope that you have sown
Bloom bright within me, year to year.

    Mother Lilith, wise and strong,
Your courage taught me how to fly.
When paths seemed hard or journeys long,
You showed me how to reach the sky.

For all the tears you've wiped away,
For dreams you helped me to pursue,
For standing by me day by day,
My heart holds endless love for you.

Today and always, this remains true—
No greater gift than love from you.
