I will be having a solitary ritual as my lifemate will be on a family visit, so I will be doing a blessing of all my sprouting plants and plans for the year. I am also in the process of making a new ritual dress, which may or may not be ready by then.. probably not.
I grew up on the east coast of the US, so my holiday celebrations have always tracked with the seasons there, and so Ostara was always the first real touch of spring, but still touch and go, as sometimes we got snow in April in Virginia. Now that I live in a completely different climate and place, I am still exploring my new relationship with the seasons. I live in a place with no REEAAALL winter, so what I used to experience at Ostara is now happening here at Imbolc.
I am thinking I might do a ceremony to welcome Persephone back from the Underworld. Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome.
I think the thing I miss most is the discourse, the brainstorming, the sharing of community.
