Mabon meal blessing

Here's a Mabon blessing you can say over a meal:

"By the light of the harvest moon, we gather to give thanks for the abundance of the earth. May this food nourish our bodies and spirits, and may we remember to share our blessings with others. May the balance of light and darkness guide us on our journey. So mote it be."
