### *Deities to Honor or Work With*

*Solar & Fire Deities*
- *Ra / Helios / Sol*: Egyptian, Greek, Roman sun gods. Call for vitality, clarity, success, burning away illusion
- *Apollo*: Greek god of sun, prophecy, music. Good for creative projects, divination, skill mastery
- *Sul / Sulis*: Celtic solar goddess of healing springs. Sun + water balance
- *Amaterasu*: Japanese sun goddess. For emerging from caves — depression, hiding, shame

*Agricultural & Abundance Deities*
- *Demeter / Ceres*: Grain mothers. Harvest, motherhood, nurturing what you’ve grown
- *Lugh*: Celtic god of light, craft, and skill. Lughnasadh is named for him — solstice energy seeds it
- *Freyr*: Norse god of sunshine, fertility, sacred kingship. Prosperity and sacred pleasure

- *Lilith*: Not solar, but essential. As light peaks, she holds the necessary dark. Call for sovereignty, truth-speaking, refusing to dim yourself

2. *Solar Inventory*: Journal: _What hit full growth since Yule? What’s ready to harvest? What will rot if I don’t release it now?_
3. *Herb Foraging*: Gather calendula, St. John’s Wort, mugwort, lavender, chamomile, oak leaves. Dry for charms/incense
4. *Deity Research*: Pick 1-2 deities above. Read their myths. What offering do they actually want? Honey for Apollo, mead for Lugh, pomegranates for Hekate

15. *Feast + Dance*: Abundance embodied. Eat, drum, dance around fire. Joy is the offering. Toast the gods by name
16. *Stone Charging*: Leave crystals in sun, then moonlight. Solar-lunar balance. Citrine, carnelian, sunstone, amber

17. *Dream Incubation*: Sleep with mugwort under pillow. Ask Apollo or Hekate for prophetic dreams. Solstice thins the veil

### *Lilith-Specific Integration*

Because solstice is hyper-solar, Lilith work here is about _balance + reclamation_:
