          I have started painting and coloring again and that helps, as well as listening to my music helps.
          Yes there is a magical supply store not too far away and I'm going to check it out in the next couple of weeks.
          Thank you for letting me know I'll get the hematite ring, bloodstone and carnelian stones as well.I have chamomile tea it helps me sleep, I'll get some St John's Wort at the end of the month
