Bonnie try to take some time alone or do something you love to do. Tonight, I know this may sound odd to some, but I watched Mary Poppins 2 on Netflix. The planets have been teaching us a lot of things and it hasn't been fun I've had to have a break. Do you have a place in town that sells magickal supplies. I'm thinking of a hematite ring for you and to keep some large pieces of amethyst around your home. And wearing amethyst might help too. The hematite rings are super cheap. They break easily, but they break when their job is done and the effects it has lasts for about a couple of weeks to a month after the ring is broken. Bloodstone too or carnelian if you can get it. Also real good for you I think is St. John's Wort, or even as good is chamomile tea. To get it into your system and both of those are cheap. Drink a cup with 2 teabags a day. Either that or wear old spice. That's for men but negativity will be run out and totally away from you it's protective. Also, Old Spice is good for money.
I have started painting and coloring again and that helps, as well as listening to my music helps.
