Past-life work and healing is a process to work on and heal unresolved issues, feelings and emotions that remain from a previous lifetime.
Sometimes our “baggage” isn’t even from this lifetime.
Issues from a previous life can also carry forward into future lives.
This can manifest as fears, anxieties, unexplained feelings and emotions triggered by people and events.
These events or people can sometimes cause an intense reaction that’s inexplicable.
We may feel a certain aversion or a gut-reaction to something even though normally it shouldn’t cause that type of response.
It may seem like an over-reaction, but deep inside it may be a trigger to a past-life experience.
Reoccurring dreams, visions or emotions can sometimes hint at unresolved issues from a past life, especially if they seem unrelated to any event from your past during this present lifetime.
There are several ways that past-life work can be done which is often through meditation, soul journeys, journaling, divination or past-life regression therapy.
Crystals for Past-Life Work & Healing
If you choose to do past-life therapy, you can use crystals for past-life work to help work with the emotions, feelings and memories that may arise during the process.
Each crystal has a different purpose, crystals for past life can help with:
digging up old feelings of disappointment and resentment, healing and letting go, working through past-life abuse and trauma, etc.

Experiment with a few different crystals for the different types of past-life work or for the purpose that you want to achieve with your past-life work.
As with all crystals, some will work better for some people than others.
For example, I received a strong response with black onyx unexpectedly when it came to past-life work.
You may have the same response or not with black onyx.
Labradorite is on the list as a past-life crystal, but I haven’t had had that response; however, you may instead be able to work with Labradorite for past-life work.
Try a few and see what works for you.
Let your intuition guide you to pick a crystal for this purpose.
Sometimes the crystal’s name will come to you when you least expect it.
Think of your purpose (past-life or any other kind of work you want to do with a crystal) and send your thought to the Universe.
You can do this in meditation or send the thought and go about your day/evening.
Let the name of a crystal come to you naturally.
You may later think of a crystal that you can’t stop thinking about and find that it’s on the list for past-life work.
Be Patient When It Comes to Past-Life Work & Healing
Past-life work can take a while to fully release and work things out.
However, with some work and practice, it can slowly allow you to release, heal and resolve to put the past finally in the past where it belongs.
