Caution

If you suffer from any form of mental illness or depression, you should ask your doctor if it is advisable for you to try Past Life Regression. Also, I wanted to let you know that it is not uncommon to feel strong emotions during a PLR session and crying can happen, but if you experience terror or other intense feelings. your PLR session should be handled by a professional and not by you alone. I would stop what you are doing and seek out professonal care. I have felt srong emotions during a session but nothing that I could not work with, that being said, we are all different and I would not wish any harm to come to any of you so I would proceed on the side of caution!

I have added a special page just for Dr. Weiss's videos. It was because of Dr. Weiss that I became interested in PLR. In full disclosure, Dr Weiss was once my Doctor but that was many years before he discovered PLR with his own patient. Some might call it a coincidence but I do not. After not seeing Dr. Weiss in 20 years I went to see my son who was in California working in the acting field. My son took me to Hollywood just so I could see what it was like and we had to go to Screen Actors Guild so my son could change his address from Florida to California, while walking around in hollywood someone approached us and asked if we would like to go to a live show and we said why not. You can imagine my suprise when the topic was PLR and up on the stage was my Doctor from Florida from all those years ago. I remember shaking and feeling like I was meant to make the connection. Here I am from Florida and there was Dr. Weiss from Florida, both in the same place in California at the same time. I did not get to talk with Dr. Weiss that day because of course I could have been anyone and the people working the show were very protective but after the show, when I came home to Florida I bought the book "Many Lives Many Masters" Perhaps I would have never believed in the whole concept had I not known the by the book physician Dr.Weiss. I also had gone into the Mental Health field in college because of Dr. Weiss so I believe that I was meant to find him again. Soon after I returned to Florida, I lost my mother. I remember reading Dr. Weiss's book in the waiting room at the hospital thinking that this is not the end and I realized that there was more than this life and I foound such comfort in knowing that I had walked on this earth before. I am still trying to learn important lessons that will help me become the best I can be. There is a lot more I could say about this exciting journey but I will let you find your own way. I am here if you have questions. If at anytime you actually try the guided meditations, and you feel upset, stop and go to a professional and let them decide if you should continue. Crying is normal, I did it at right after my birth during PLR, It is always best if you can go to a professional to have a PLR session but not all of us can pay for it so I have included some guided sessions here. If you have severe mental health issues, I would ask you to check with a professional before trying PLR. Again, procede with caution knowing that we never know what a PLR sesson will bring out but for most of us, it can be freeing and healing. Even if you do not go back to a past life and most do not on a first try or maybe several tries, just getting back early "this life" memories can be wonderful. "Peace be the Journey"
