I had an odd dream last night and not sure what to think of it.
Yesterday I did a small amount of re-arranging which basically consisted of me moving my tv and its cabinet out of my room and into the living room. Then after going to bed i had this cosequent dream where I am in this shop that sold all sorts of stuff like stones, crystals, candles and so forth so I began picking out some candles and found an odd oil lamp with a bulb at one end with a tall neck and a nice wick inside.
On one shelf was a bunch of different oracle cards and as I sifted through them I seen a cat themed deck and picked it out. I guess I found it odd that of all the decks the cat themed one was rather specific plus the dream itself seemed clearer than usual.
On the other hand it could also just be a random dream and the act of moving the tv was just coincidental....I don't know.
I'm moving my whole home, it's very disruptive, so change is a prompt I guess. As I have a Jinn Familiar, I'm always interested in oil lamps lol so maybe a Jinn is also involved? They can be attached to almost anything, maybe you moved something that 'woke' one up.
I am not sure. I didn't really get that kindof an impression but then again I had not thought about that aspect however I did not get a bad feeling about it rather my room felt lighter having one less source of EMF in it.
All I have now are a few salt rock lamps and a couple of regular lamps though i haven't removed any oil lamps or candles but..that is an interesting thought. I will look into that. Thanks :)
Jinn/Fae might not be associated with 'a bad feeling' at all, they have free will just like humans do. My Familiar is like a 'Guardian Angel' to me personally. With no other clue, I'd check out those salt lamps, some are fake the real ones are from Khewra Salt Mine, but not all are so labeled even if real. I'd say do your own research on that, I don't have any personally right now, lost in move.
Oh I definitely agree about the Fae/Jinn and all those; I think it is humans collective fear of the unknown that makes them view anything that they can't see or measure as being 'bad'.
I am inclined to think that the energy flow has changed and madelighter as most EMF sources tend to be 'dirty' and basically make the energies heavy and slows their movement.
As for the lamps I think mine are from a brand called Himalayan Glow or Shop or something like that because I got mine many years ago.
Many years ago when I was looking into Wicca I had this dream where I am...somewhere (obviously) and there is this person who looked to be some sort of priest or such talking to me and mentioning something about god or gods and I said to him "Sorry but I don't really belive in any of that" to which he replied "That doesn't matter; God belongs to everyone!".
One thing I noticed after he said that was off to the side of my vision (in the dream) was a glowing hand shaped much like the hand of a Jesus statue.
Just to be clear I am not a Christian and never was but growing up in a society dominated largely by Chrisitans I suppose that certain aspects of it will invariably infiltrate ones consciousness (whether I want it or not)
I just had a dream that I found to be interesting; I am..someplace. There was this desk or something and a person whol looked to be a buddhist monk sitting there and behind him was a sort of flower type garden that belonged to the temple (I assume).
The monk is asking me questions and in one question he asks me if I knew a certain chant and I told him "I am not familiar with it" then added "I'm really just starting out on all this" and he nodded and said 'ok' and handed me a key for the garden gate that would let me into the garden whenever I wanted.
The monk part I can understand as I seen, rather recently, a couple of buddhist monks from the local temple, at walmart buying big bags of cat food but the interview, the questions then the key for the garden was interesting.
When I was little I had a few dreams about some strange beings.
In one dream I am hiding in the garage and there were these two huge humanoid beings on the outside of the garage door; they were dark silhouettes, broad shouldered with wavy spikes coming out of their heads. I recall that the light behind them was flashing too.
It was scary, not because I thought they would hurt me but that they were so big and the flashing light was weird.
I had a similar dream only this time I was in my room and just one was in my window but he looked the same and the light was flashing behind him as well. He was leaning in slightly but the odd thing was that he never moved, never spoke...he just stood there.
After a few years I had another dream about this spikey haired person only this time he was skinny and smaller and no flashing lights. I still felt unnerved because again he did not move or speak.
I never could figure out what these beings were; I was scared but only because they looked featureless and did nothing at all but at the same time I never had the impression that they had intentions of causing harm.
Just weird and so far I have not ben able to get any insight as to who or what these beings were so I figure they may have been some type of being I knew in a previous life that was not associated with this planet.
you could do some research on these types of dreams and you might find out more then you want to know, there are quite a few dream sites out there with much information and they may be able to help you sort out your dream issues. As they did help me with my Spider dreaming issues a few years ago and made a big difference in how i dealt with spiders and what they really ment in my dreams.
