She had a new girlfriend and she'd been talking to a male friend about it.
"So, have you guys..." He made a gesture of clashing scissors . She knew what he was getting at, but she wanted to hear him say it before correcting him, so she feigned confusion until he said "Have you scissored?"
" Oh, my god, " she said exasperated, "It doesn't work that way! Scissoring is not a thing! Any guy whose ever properly preformed foreplay for a woman has done what we do. We have tongues and fingers. That's what we do."
