Thunder Mountain Naturals, LLC strives to educate and provide consultations and support to those who wish to live a healthier, holistic lifestyle using herbal medicine, aromatherapy as well as other holistic modalities. 

My name is Lady Kari and I have my BS degree in Integrative Health Sciences focusing on Aromatherapy and Herbal Medicine. I have used herbs my whole life and through education, training, and practical use my goal is to help others support their whole body systems naturally. 

To me, holistic means  treating the whole person, taking into account mental, physical, social, and spiritual factors, rather than just the symptoms of a disease. All parts are connected.
